ভুক্তি-মুক্তি আদি-বাঞ্ছা যদি মনে হয় ।
সাধন করিলে প্রেম উৎপন্ন না হয় ॥

bhukti-mukti adi-vancha yadi mane haya
sadhana karile prema utpanna na haya

Sri Chaitanya-charitamrita, Madhya-lila, 19.175

"If you have material desires, if you want liberation, enjoyment, some mystic powers, and so on, then even if you practise all life, or life after life, prem, divine love, will not come. Nothing will come."

 


জিহ্বার লালসে যেই ইতি-উতি ধায় ।
শিশ্নোদরপরায়ণ সে কৃষ্ণ নাহি পায় ॥

jihvara lalase yei iti-uti dhaya
sisnodara-parayana se krsna nahi paya

"One who is subservient to the tongue and who thus goes here and there, devoted to the genitals and the belly, cannot attain Krishna."

Sri Chaitanya-charitamrita, Antya-lila, 6.227

 


কলিকালে নাম রূপে কৃষ্ণ অবতার ।
নাম হৈতে হয় সর্ব্ব জগৎ নিস্তার ॥

kalikale nama rupe krsna avatara
nama haite haya sarva jagat nistara

"In Kali-yuga Krishna appears in the form of His Name, and the whole world is liberated by that Name."

Sri Chaitanya-charitamrita, Adi-lila, 17.22

নাম বিনা কলিকালে নাহি আর ধর্ম্ম ।
সর্ব্ব মন্ত্র সার নাম—এই শাস্ত্র মর্ম্ম ॥

nama bina kalikale nahi ara dharma
sarva mantra sara nama—ei sastra marma

"Besides the Name, there is no other religion in this Age of Kali. The Name is the essence of all mantras—this is the purport of all scriptures."

During the daily evening classes at the pandal that was built to the right of the second Sevak Bhavan.

 


 


 


After the class, the devotees served prasadam at the same pandal.

 


 


Devotees also took prasadam in the area next to the nat mandir.

 


Sri Jagannath prasadam: rice, sweet chana dahl, subji, and mango chutney.

 


The remainders were distributed in the morning.
