Sriman Nityananda Prabhu's Appearance Day:
Parikrama

Monday, 29 January 2018

Janu Kunda, the place where Nitai played in His childhood (it is right behind our Temple). His Divine Grace tells the devotees that we do not bathe in the kunda (do not put our feet into it) but can sprinkle a few drops into our mouth and onto our heads and take some water from the kunda home.

At Naripota, the place where the umbilical cord of Nityananda Prabhu is buried.

The birthplace of Sriman Nityananda Prabhu.

Sri Kadam-Khandi Ashram, the place where Vasudha Devi and Jahnavi Devi found Deities of Krishna and Balaram.

Sri Sri Ekachakreswar Mandir. Srila Acharya Maharaj said that Ekachakreswar Sivji Maharaj grants the entrance to the Dham, so we must pray to him so that he allows us to come here.

Inside Sri Jagannath Temple.

The final stop is at the temple of Sri Sri Bankimdev (Bankaray).

Returning to our Temple nat mandir.

nagara bhramiya amara gaura elo ghore
gaura elo ghore amara nitai elo ghore
dhula jhari sachimata gaura kole kore
anandete bhakta-gone hari hari bole

"After parikrama of the town, Gauranga returns to His house, and Nitai also comes to the house. Dusting off His body, Sachi Mata takes Gauranga upon her lap. Out of great spiritual joy all the devotees are chanting 'Hari Hari Bol!'”

Separation from devotees is very sad, but sometimes through separation pleasure comes—separation can bring one closer.
