Service mood is necessary. Service mood is very essential in our spiritual life. And Gurudev told, Srila Bhakti Siddhanta Saraswati Thakur also told that these words, this kind of Krishna-katha, Hari-katha will not enter our ears until and unless we have a desire to serve. "I will serve; service is our life"—until and unless this kind of desire, this kind of mood comes to us, Krishna-katha, Hari-katha will not enter our ears.

Srila Guru Maharaj told one time that if someone wants to play football, the football will always go to them. Here also it is the same—if you want to do some service, service will always come to you. I believe it 200%. I have a strongest faith in what Gurudev has told.

Actually, I do not have any capacity to manage anything, but I have to follow my Guru, and Gurudev is doing everything—giving all responsibility to him, I am free of any responsibility. I am free. At any time—whether I am thinking, sleeping, or eating, I always think, "What is the next service? What is the next service?" This is the main thing.

Srila Bhaktivinod Thakur stayed in Svarup-ganj, Godrumdwip, here on this island. This is Bhaktivinod Thakur's place. Srila Sridhar Dev-Goswami Maharaj made a temple in Koladwip, but you know what is the situation there. Still, we cannot stop Gaura Purnima. Even last year also, we arranged the festival within two-three days. This year we have got some time and you are all helping also. Earlier this year, there was so much collection and preaching, I have attended many preaching programmes—sometimes I also went to Nepal, sometimes to South India. In this way, I am trying as far as possible by me, but I know that Gurudev is doing everything.
