You want to receive this Holy Name... This Holy Name comes from Goloka Vrindavan through a guru-parampara: from Krishna to Brahma, from Brahma to Narad, from Narad to Vyasadev, from Vyasadev to Madhvacharya, and so on, to Madhavendra Puri, from Madhavendra Puri to Ishwar Puri, and from Ishwar Puri to Mahaprabhu. In this way, it came to Jagannath Das Babaji Maharaj, Srila Bhaktivinod Thakur, Srila Gaura Kishor Das Babaji Maharaj, Srila Bhaktisiddhanta Saraswati Thakur, our Param Gurudev Om Vishnupad Srila Bhakti Raksak Sridhar Dev-Goswami Maharaj and his successor our Gurudev, Om Vishnupad Srila Bhakti Sundar Govinda Dev-Goswami Maharaj. In his lifetime, Srila Gurudev made me his successor and ordered me, 'If there is any surrendered soul who wants to follow rules and regulations, who is very humble, you can give them initiation.' I think you are a very humble person... Actually, who did Sriman Mahaprabhu say has has the right to chant the Holy Name? Chaitanya Mahaprabhu gives the right to chant the Holy Name to those who have these three qualities: humility, tolerance and giving honour to others. These are the main qualities.

So, you are ready now to receive this Holy Name, and I am also ready to accept you as my disciple. I am going to show you how to chant on the beads. You can take the beads now in your hand. The biggest central bead is called the sumeru. Touch it and first chant the Pancha-tattva's Name:

শ্রীকৃষ্ণচৈতন্য প্রভু নিত্যানন্দ ।
শ্রীঅদ্বৈত গদাধর শ্রীবাসাদি গৌরভক্তবৃন্দ ॥

sri krishna chaitanya prabhu nityananda
sri advaita gadadhara srivasadi gaura bhakta-vrinda

This is the Pancha-tattva. First chant Their Names and ask Them for mercy. Then, start chanting from the big beads:

হরে কৃষ্ণ হরে কৃষ্ণ কৃষ্ণ কৃষ্ণ হরে হরে ।
হরে রাম হরে রাম রাম রাম হরে হরে ॥

hare krishna hare krishna krishna krishna hare hare
hare rama hare rama rama rama hare hare

Next bead:

হরে কৃষ্ণ হরে কৃষ্ণ কৃষ্ণ কৃষ্ণ হরে হরে ।
হরে রাম হরে রাম রাম রাম হরে হরে ॥

hare krishna hare krishna krishna krishna hare hare
hare rama hare rama rama rama hare hare

In this way, chant from the big beads to the small beads, turn the beads and chant from the small beads to the big beads. Chant sixteen rounds or more in this way. If you are busy with service any day, you must chant not less than four rounds. Four rounds must be chanted. Chant sixteen rounds in this way and Krishna will reveal Himself in your heart, you will be successful in your spiritual life. Keep the beads in the bag now.

I do not know if you have the ten offences book (Glorification of the Holy Name and the Ten Offences). All right, very nice, you have it. This is the ten offences book. You must read this book, and you must avoid the offences. If you chant the Holy Name without offences, you will get the result quickly. Everybody chants the Holy Name, but because they are always doing nama-aparadh (offences to the Holy Name), they are not getting the proper result. There are many kinds of offences (offences to the Holy Name, to Vaishnavs, and others). Read about them and try to understand what they are. If you cannot understand something, you can ask me a question at the next zoom class, it is not a problem. Chant the Holy Name in this way and Krishna will reveal Himself in your heart, you will get the result quickly.
