We must not be afraid that we are not attaining the highest form of service in nama-bhajan, the worship of the Holy Name. We should not think, 'Why have I been asked to sweep the temple? Any ordinary man can do this.' We must not be afraid of that. It is necessary for us to acquire a service attitude. Self-giving, selflessness, and self-forgetfulness are required.

Imitation: 'After passing the brahmachari age, it is your right, you can get
married. It is not bad, but it must be an honest householder life.' Ego: 'They do some service, but I am praying to the Lord that through their service ego will not come.' Faith: 'When you go fishing, you see fish in some place, but when you throw the net some fish will swim away. Do not worry about that.' |
