When you get sick, you have to go to different hospitals, you have to see a doctor—the doctor gives you medicine, you take it and get well. Here, to cure your bhava-rog (heart disease, or disease of material existence), the doctor actually comes to your house and tells you what your disease is, what things you must avoid in order to remove your illusory environment. Why is your disease not cured? Because you are not taking the medicine properly.

Think about it. How merciful such a doctor is. In this world, to see a doctor you have to pay, you have to wait in line for the appointment for three days, sometimes even three months, but this 'bhava-rog' doctor comes to your house himself and tells you what your disease is, gives you the medicine, but you do not take it. How will your disease be cured then? How will you escape maya? You will never be able to.

When you come to this doctor, you must receive medicine from him and take it, then you will be able to get relief from maya and reach the lotus feet of the Lord where you can be engaged in the eternal service.
