I am very happy to meet with all the devotees—

বৈষ্ণব সঙ্গেতে মন আনন্দিত অনুক্ষণ
সদা হয় ভক্ত পরসঙ্গ ।

vaisnava sangete mana anandita anuksana
sada haya bhakta para-sanga

"In the association of Vaishnavs, my mind is always joyful—in their association I always get the association of devotees."

We are very happy to take the association of devotees, sannyasis—Sripad Shanta Maharaj, Sripad Muni Maharaj, Sripad Sajjan Maharaj, Jagannath Brahmachari is also here—all the matajis, all the devotees from Vijayawada and many devotees from other places. We are meeting after a few months, and actually I am very happy to see your service mood, your service attitude. You know that I do not know your language, and you also do not understand my language (Bengali), but we have a heart to heart connection, and that is sufficient. Sripad Shanta Maharaj, Sripad Muni Maharaj coming to you all the time to give you all their holy association, and it gives me and you all also much happiness. They come here from time to time, they keep connection with you by phone, whatsapp or other media—I do not call you because I do not understand your language (Telugu) and you also cannot understand my language...

Even though I cannot understand your language, you are always in my heart because I am getting energy to see your service mood. You may not be rich, but Srila Vrindavan Das Thakur writes in Sri Chaitanya-bhagavata that Chaitanya Mahaprabhu told,

দীনেরে অধিক দয়া করে ভগবান্ ।
কুলীন, পণ্ডিত, ধনীর বড় অভিমান ॥

dinere adhika daya kare bhagavan
kulina, pandita, dhanira bada abhimana

Those who have a high birth, knowledge and wealth are so proud of themselves, but the Lord is so merciful to those who are poor and needy.

Sri Chaitanya-charitamrita, Antya-lila, 4.68

Mahaprabhu, Srila Prabhupad Bhakti Siddhanta Saraswati Thakur, Gurudev, Guru Maharaj—they will see what is your service, what you are doing and how much you are trying to please Guru and Vaishnavs. They only see these thing, they do not see your colour, what caste you come from, whether you are a householder, a brahmachari, or a sannyasi. The Lord, Krsihna, Chaitanya Mahaprabhu, Prabhupad, Gurudev, Guru Maharaj do not see that—they do not see whether you are black or white, whether you are a Christian or a Buddhist. They always see your seva-manobhav—how much service temper you have.

I see that how much Srinivas Prabhu, Krishna Prasad Prabhu, Vamsi Prabhu and other devotees, all the ladies whom I see as my mothers, try to make me happy. They are giving everything they have—man, buddhi, anankar (mind, intelligence, ego)—to the Lord, to their guru. That is called surrender mood. They give everything they have for the service of the Lord.

I have been coming here for many years now because Sripad Shanta Maharaj comes here and he is very eager to preach here. My Gurudev also tried to make a center here in South India. He once sent some sannyasi to Secunderabad, to Krishnananda Prabhu's house—he gave him some money also to spend on preaching, but he could not succeed. It is Gurudev's desire to have preaching here in South India—he wanted that so that there would be preaching about our Chaitanya Saraswat Math's message, Rupa Goswami's message, Srila Sridhar Dev-Goswami Maharaj's message, preaching about the main line (rupanuga-dhara) in this area.

I see that your devotion is increasing day by day, that you are preaching in whatever capacity you have. I have seen that your capacity is little, you are all family men, you have to give your time to your wife, husband, children, etc. But in the meantime you also have to give time to the service of the devotees. When devotees come or I come, I see that you always stop your job, leave everything and come. It is actually good that you are self-employed (like Srinivas Prabhu, who is an auto-driver) because if you have a government or a contract job, it is very difficult to get time off on any other day except for Sunday. Anyhow, you are all trying to serve and you give love and affection to each other, you help each other. With your help, Gurudev's desire will be fulfilled. I can see that.
