[Addressing one of the devotees.] How is your brother? When will he give his full time to the temple? It has been lockdown for many months now – what has he been doing there all this time? Why did he not come? He thinks that he will study, become an engineer and make many buildings or maybe become a doctor and treat many patients, but we must first treat ourselves. In this world, we are all patients, and we must go to a proper, real doctor who can cure us from the disease of birth and death. That is why it is necessary to join Krishna consciousness full time: it is necessary to stay at the temple and practise properly…

I could not go to Nepal this year because of the covid situation, and I do not know if the border is closed or open now. [Devotees say that it is still closed.] Oh, it is not open yet? All right… Many foreign devotees also cannot get Indian visas. The government says that they will start giving visas from March. Anyhow, even if you cannot come, you will make this parikrama mentally from your own country this year. You know, we sometimes visit some villages where we do not get an opportunity to do Tulasi parikrama (for example, the house can be small, or there can be too many people): in such situations, we do Tulasi parikrama mentally.

Those who cannot join Sri Nabadwip Dham parikrama bodily this year can make this parikrama from their houses. It is not a problem. When Srila Sanatan Goswami became old, he could not walk properly, so he could not do Sri Govardhan parikrama. Srila Rupa Goswami gave him a Govardhan sila and said, ‘Take this sila. Now you can do Sri Govardhan parikrama as many times as you want.’ When you come to India, you can take the soil from the nine islands, keep it in a small pot, and do Sri Nabadwip Dham parikrama at home every day. Otherwise, you can print a photograph of the nine islands and do the parikrama of the nine islands in this way. You can do that.

This year many devotees lament, ‘We cannot join Sri Nabadwip Dham parikrama!’ but do not be disheartened. This year you can make this parikrama from your homes, and if you have a great desire and great fortune, you will be able to come and join Sri Nabadwip Dham parikrama next year. This is how you can adjust yourselves.
