Nimai: "Worship Me! His Divine Grace Om Vishnupad
...At that time, Laksmi Priya was nine years old, and she would get a little shy—she was not throwing mud like others, she would always stay a little far. Mahaprabhu, on the other hand, would throw so much mud, so much sand and water at the girls who came to the Ganges. All the girls would rebuke Him, "Hey, what are You doing? I am Your sister and You are behaving like this!" He was actually remembering His pastimes with the gopis and showing He was like a debauchee. On special days, all the ladies would come to the Ganga to do Ganga puja, they would bring some white rice (atop chal, not boiled rice), bananas, other different fruit and ingredients, but Mahaprabhu would break their puja. He would say, "Worship Me!" He was a nine-ten year old boy at that time—He is the Lord Himself and He was showing His position to everybody, just as Krishna also taught His father, "It is not necessary to worship Indra, worship Me!" In the same mood, Mahaprabhu would break the girls' offerings and say, "Hey! You do not need to do any Ganga puja! Do My puja, then all puja will be complete!" The ladies were very unhappy because they were worshipping and pray to Ganga and Lord Siva so that they could get a good husband, but Mahaprabhu did not let them do it. He would say, "Worship Me! I will give everything to you!" So, unhappy, they would take all their worship paraphernalia and go home, but Mahaprabhu would stop them, "Where are you going?! Give the prasad to Me!" Some girls would give something to Him, but some were misers and did not give anything, then Nimai would say, "Oh, you are not giving anything to Me, then your husband will be an old man and he will have seven other wives!" The girls would then get scared and quickly give everything to Him. These pastimes are described in Chaitanya-bhagavatam...
