"How to serve our Guru? How to serve his mission? How to serve his devotees?"—we must think about this properly, we must always think about this.

Now we are searching this, this, and this, and this, but we must use ourselves for the service of the Lord under guidance of bona fide Vaishnavs, under guidance of a bona fide Guru.

Mahaprabhu recognised Srila Rupa Goswami, Srila Sanatan Goswami and ordered devotees to serve under guidance of Srila Sanatan Goswami, under guidance of Srila Rupa Goswami, under guidance of Srila Raghunath Das Goswami. After that, Srila Rupa Goswami indicated Srila Jiva Goswami. In our time also, Srila Prabhupad told devotees about Srila Sridhar Dev-Goswami Maharaj, Srila Sridhar Dev-Goswami Maharaj told about Gurudev. And Gurudev also recognised some great scholars, great Vaishnavs and great leaders all over the world. He told us what to do and how to serve them. If we do not follow Gurudev's instruction, how will we then get mercy of Guru, how will we then get his service?

Some think now, "Oh, he is now in Goloka, he is dead." Those who have no feeling about Gurudev, they have no realisation about Gurudev can say this. They think, "Oh, Gurudev is gone, now we can do what we like on our own." But this is not so. It is not! This is not our service mood.

We must be careful. Krishna is powerful and He can remove us from service in any way if we make some offence, consciously or unconsciously. That is why when we pay dandavat, we must pray, "Please forgive my offence." We must always say this. When we pay dandavat to Gurudev, we must pray, "Please forgive my offence." What else can we ask for? We can only always ask, "Please forgive my offence." This is our hope...
