At Srivas Angan His Divine Grace Om Vishnupad
We are now at Srivas Angan. This is the house of Srivas Pandit. Remembering that Chand Kazi broke the mridangas at this place. We must chant loudly and dance here! [His Divine Grace chants 'Sri Krishna Chaitanya daya kari' and then proceeds to the house of Sri Advaita Acharya and the house of Sri Gadadhar Pandit Goswami, a few meters away.] We have just come from the house where Srivas Pandit lived with his wife Malini. Narayani, Srivas Pandit's niece, also lived at this house at first—later she was married and went to live in her house in Mamgachi (we will go there tomorrow). Her son Srila Vrindavan Das Thakur who wrote Sri Chaitanya-bhagavata also lived there in Mamgachi. Now we are at the house of Sri Advaita Acharya Prabhu, and next to it is the house where Gadadhar Pandit lived. Advaita Prabhu later moved to Santipur and stayed there. Mahaprabhu performs His eternal pastimes and always chants kirtan at Srivas Angan,

adyapiha sei lila kare gora raya "Gora Ray continues performing His Pastimes, and those who are fortunate can see it." We are now going to continue our parikrama and go to Chaitanya Math. After that, we will go to the samadhi of Chand Kazi, who in the end became a great devotee of Mahaprabhu. Not far from there is also the house of Kalovecha Sridhar. Mahaprabhu once came to his house and drank a glass of water. Sridhar was so poor that he did not even have a proper glass to offer water in, he only had an old copper glass with a hole in it, but Mahaprabhu drank water from it and said, "I have become purified! My heart has become pure!" That Kalovecha Sridhar sold bananas for a living, and Mahaprabhu would often come to his house and forcefully steal bananas from him.
ভক্তের জিনিষ প্রভু লুটিপুটি খায়
bhakter jinish prabhu lutiputi khay "The Lord eats anything and everything when a devotee offers it, but He does not take anything from a non-devotee." Non-devotees try to sell the Lord—they give something to the Lord and want something from Him in return, they do service(?) but have material desires inside. So, we are now going to Sri Chaitanya Math. Srila B.R. Sridhar Dev-Goswami Maharaj used to stay there. He came to Kolkata from Hapaniya and later came to stay here. Srila Prabhupad established this temple. Chaitanya Math is the main math, 'akar math raj.' It was the first temple established—before that, there was no temples at all; all temples appeared after that. Srila Prabhupad's samadhi mandir is also there, we will go there and take Srila Prabhupad's darshan. Actually, we do not have the eyes to take any darshan, then how will we get the darshan? Also, some of you are thinking, "Oh, all temples are now closed because we have come late," but this is not so—when we come, we come to pay our obeisance, and the Lord can understand, the Lord can see that we have come to pay obeisance at His feet...
