Dandavat. I am very happy to see you all today at this programme. In particular, I am happy to see you all because by the mercy of Gurudev, you are all our family members, you are connected to the Rupanuga-guru-varga line and you practise Krishna consciousness under guidance of Srila Guru Maharaj, Srila Gurudev, and Srila Rupa Goswami Prabhu. You follow all the rules and regulations very strictly—I know that and I am very happy to see this mood. I know that because I see you are chanting and dancing with so much enthusiasm, and if you did not practise properly, then Krishna-nam, the Holy Name of Lord Krishna, would not come to your mouth or tongue.

‘কৃষ্ণনাম’ করে অপরাধের বিচার ।
কৃষ্ণ বলিলে অপরাধীর না হয় বিকার ॥

'krsna-nama' kare aparadhera vichara
krsna balile aparadhira na haya vikara

"The Holy Name of Krishna always considers who is an offender. Even if an offender chants the Name of Krishna all the time, it produces no transformation within them."

(Sri Chaitanya-charitamrita, Adi-lila, 8:24)

The Holy Name of Krishna always judges and considers whether the person who is chanting is an offender of the Holy Name (Nama-aparadhi) or not—if the person is an offender, the Holy Name will not come to their tongue. Therefore, those who are offenders do not have any devotional symptoms. Yet you all are very perfect devotees, you follow all the rules and regulations, and I am very happy with that because that is the line of Sri Chaitanya Saraswat Math. Following ekadasi, following all the rules and regulations—these are the main things in our spiritual life. "Achar-prachar Namer adhikarya. One earns the right to chant the Holy Name by practising and preaching." It means you must both follow Krishna consciousness and preach. 'Kinibo-lutibo'—we will buy and we will distribute what we have got. This is what 'achar-prachar' means. We will follow the rules and regulations, and then we can preach these things to others also.

So, I am very happy to see you all. I am very happy to see that all the devotees are there and that there is a very large group of young devotees, young boys coming to this line of Sri Chaitanya Saraswat Math. Problems will always come in preaching. I know that Singapore is a strict country and you cannot go out to the street, cannot make programmes outside, there are so many rules and regulations and also this covid situation now. We must be always careful in this situation, then by the mercy of Gurudev we will conquer and overcome everything, all kinds of bondage, all kinds of problem.

তোমার সেবায় দুঃখ হয় যত,
সেও ত' পরম সুখ ।

tomara sevaya, duhkha haya yata,
seo ta' parama sukha

"All the distress I encounter in Your service is also my greatest happiness."

(Saranagati 16.4)

You are doing so much service, and in the course of service so much sadness, so many things can come, but "sukhe duhkhe bhule nako vadane Harinam koro re—in happiness or sadness, never forget it, always chant the Holy Name." Sometimes happiness comes, sometimes sadness comes, but we will overcome all this. The most important thing above all is that we must follow the rules and regulation and we must want to be devotees. We must be humble, tolerant and give honour to others. These are the main things in Mahaprabhu's teaching, and Gurudev taught also the same thing all over the world. Gurudev went to Singapore many times, and I have also been to Singapore many times. When I get chance again, I will go to Singapore and preachi to you all, I will meet with you all. I am very eager to go there because my heart is always with you. My body may be here, but my heart is always with you. In my life, you are my best friends. Do not worry about anything.

Here in India the pandemic situation is very bad, but we always depend on the Lord. Something always comes up, so many problems come by the will of the Lord, but you will see that first something bad comes very forcefully but after that it will stop.
