OK, good. Krishna bless you.

It is loving search for the lost servant—Krishna brings His children through His devotees. It is actually a very good thing—when one more devotee comes it means Krishna has been searching, He has found His son or His daughter and is bringing them now to serve Him.

We always search for the Lord, but the illusory environment always attacks us... The Lord Himself finds His servants, His children through His devotees. So, when you say that she is asking for initiation it means Krishna has found a servant through you. If you give a servant to the Lord, you make the Lord happy. It is very difficult to find a devotee in the age of Kali, but still the Lord Himself tries to find devotees through His other devotees. That is why it is a very special day for her—those who take initiation get connection with God, with the Lord.

We have everything, the line is working, but sometimes some fuse gets broken or disconnected, and Gurudev only gives that fuse, gives the wire to fix the fuse.

ব্রহ্মাণ্ড ভ্রমিতে কোন ভাগ্যবান্ জীব ।
গুরু-কৃষ্ণ-প্রসাদে পায় ভক্তিলতা-বীজ ॥

brahmanda bhramite kona bhagyavan jiva
guru-krsna-prasade paya bhakti-lata-bija

"Having travelled throughout the universe and got the mercy of Guru, Krishna, a fortunate soul receives a seed of the devotional creeper."

(Sri Chaitanya-charitamrita, Madhya-lila, 19.151)

The connection with the bhakti-lata-bij (the seed of the devotional creeper) comes from a bona fide Guru, a spiritual master—it is called power transmission, a transfer of power.

In this age of Kali, Krishna Himself is born in the form of the Name, and Krishna's Name, Krishna's form, beauty, pastimes, are non-different from Krishna Himself. In this age of Kali, the lifetime is only 120 years, Krishna says that you can get Him in this age only through the chanting of the Holy Name.

This Holy Name came from Krishna to Brahma, from Brahma to Narad, from Narad to Vyasadev, from Vyasadev to Madhvacharya. In this way our main line comes down to Madhavendra Puri. From Madhavendra Puri it came to Iswar Puri, from Iswar Puri to Chaitanya Mahaprabhu. Chaitanya Mahaprabhu, the Lord Himself, shows us, teaches us that it is necessary to take a Guru (He Himself also took initiation from Iswar Puri). In this way the Holy Name came to Jagannath Das Babaji Maharaj, then to Srila Bhaktivinod Thakur, Srila Gaura Kishor Das Babaji Maharaj, Bhakti Siddhanta Saraswati Thakur, then our Srila Bhakti Raksak Sridhar Dev-Goswami Maharaj, and finally to our Gurudev Om Vishnupad Srila Bhakti Sundar Govinda Dev-Goswami Maharaj. Gurudev told me, "If somebody is a sincere seeker, if they got good association and follow the four rules and regulations, you can initiate them into the chanting of this Holy Name, and they will get super benefit in their spiritual life." So, I am giving initiating to her now...
