Follow Mahaprabhu's Conception His Divine Grace Om Vishnupad
Sadhus, Gurus, and Vaishnavs are very kind—they come to you house because you suffer birth after birth. Now you have got a human body and intelligence, and through this intelligence you can serve the Lord, you can chant the Holy Name. Sadhus, Gurus, and Vaishnavs want to help you, but you have to accept their help. You must understand that your heart is full of dust—kama, krodha, lobha, moha, mada, matsarya (lust, anger, greed, illusion, madness, envy); rupa, rasa, gandha, sabda, sparsa (visual, gustatory, olfactory, auditory, tactile enjoyment). There are so many bad material elements in your heart, but through the association that sadhus give you you can clean the mirror of your heart. We cannot come to Vijayawada all the time, but you must understand how you must practise and continue your spiritual life. I tell every time—chant kirtans every morning and evening, do mangal arati, offer bhog, take prasad, and always avoid outside food. Whatever you cook or make in your house, you must offer it to the Guru, Vaishnavs, and Bhagavan, and then you can take that prasad. If you do it, you will be able to overcome, you can conquer the prapancha rog, the five material diseases that we suffer from. Suppose you go to a doctor and the doctor gives you a prescription and tells you to buy some certain medicine, but if do not go to the pharmacy to buy the medicine and just keep the prescription in your room, how will you be cured from the illusory environment? The doctor comes to your house, the spiritual master comes to your house, the sadhus, Gurus, and Vaishnavs come to your house, and you must understand that you must take the medicine they prescribe properly.

visayira anna khaile malina haya mana "If you take food that comes from materialistic people, your mind becomes contaminated. When your mind is contaminated, you cannot chant the Name of Krishna." (Sri Chaitanya-charitamrita, Antya-lila, 6.278) Gurudev and Prabhupad also told that if you take food from a hotel, the person who cooks it for you has material desires, and those material desires will come to you. Sometimes you have no choice and you have to take it (when you go for preaching or outside, for example), but how should you take? You should think about about Krishna, about Gurudev, and you take it—then you can counteract that influence. It is also possible. It is necessary to do this. Some preaching is necessary. Our Guru-varga teach us that on their own example. You think, "Oh, this is coming from somebody's house, from somebody's hand, it is not offered, it is not prasadam," but you must remember Gurudev and Bhagavan, Radha-Krishna, then you can take that prasad. This is the main thing. Are there any questions from you, please? ...Mahaprabhu said, "Kothay palabe? Yom achhe pichhe. (কোথায় পালাবে ? যম আছে পিছে ।) Where will you run? Death is always behind you..." Have you understood all I have said? Do you understand what your duty is? Since I have come before Gaura Purnima, I am inviting you all to come for Sri Nabadwip Dham parikrama; also the Ekachakra festival, Nityananda Prabhu's appearance day, is very near, it is before Gaura Purnima; after that we are making a festival at our Nrisingha Palli temple, the festival of the inauguration anniversary; and after that you can join the Puri Dham parikrama. After Puri, I want to come again here to South India. At that time I may not be able to stay very long here, but you can join the programmes, come to my class—devotees will let you know when I am coming, and you can join all the devotees here. I am telling to everyone—now you are to follow Mahaprabhu's conception. Devotee: No doubt. You have no doubt? Then you must go door to door and break the doubts of other people. I go to every corner and I see that there is so much misconception going on in India. Some even say they have become Bhagavan, but the scriptures say,
aisvaryasya samagrasya, viryasya yasasah sriyah "He who is full with all the six opulences of wealth, power, fame, beauty, knowledge and renunciation is known as Bhagavan, the Supreme Lord." Only He who has all these six qualities is Bhagavan. So, chant kirtans every day—five kirtans in the morning, and five kirtans in the evening. Take a Kirtan Guide and sing the songs—when you sing kirtans, you must also understand their meaning. Jay Om Vishnupad Srila Bhakti Sundar Govinda Dev-Goswami Maharaj ki jay.
