Where There Is a Will...
"If you try, you can do it. If you say, 'I will chant the Holy Name,' you will be able to do it, but if you do not have any desire to do it and say, 'I will not chant the Holy Name,' then no one can force you. Is it not so? There is one story about it..."

Power of Good Association

Why Can We Not Get It?
"At Srivas Pandit's house there was a maidservant Duhkhi—she got Mahaprabhu's mercy. There was a Muslim tailor near Srivas Pandit's house—he too got Mahaprabhu's mercy. A great sinner Chand Kazi broke a mridanga, but even he got Mahaprabhu's mercy. Why can we not get it?"

SEPTEMBER
My Service Day

Lacking Strength or Lacking Effort?
'We must understand how many hours of our time we waste—spend on ourselves, on our own enjoyment—and how many hours we spend on practising. We have come here for service—we have not come for enjoyment. This is our promise.'

Actually, we do not worry about the result so much—we do not want to make a show for others.

"HUMILITY, TOLERANCE, GIVING HONOUR TO OTHERS | HUMILITY, TOLERANCE, GIVING HONOUR TO OTHERS"
