We must increase our faith and our devotion by practising more and more, by listening to Hari-katha in the association of saints, with faith. Still, you can see that even though you have been listening to Hari-katha for four–five days now, Maya is still pulling you to herself. I have kept you engaged in kirtan and parikrama for some time, but the rest of the time you still call that house over there and take news from them – you are wasting most of your time. If you make a step towards Maya, she will catch you by your legs and pull you away to the prison-house. But if you make a step towards the Lord, the Lord will take you to the path of devotion and bring you to His own abode. Now you can choose – will you go towards Maya or towards the Lord?

If you make one step towards the Lord, the Lord will take you to Himself and take care of you, but if you walk towards Maya, she will take you away and keep you in her prison-house, giving you misery and pain again and again. You must always make the choice whether you want to stay in Maya's prison or come to Krishna, enjoy the sweet air of spring, sweetness, beauty, flowers and do service. Otherwise, you will again and again become dogs, goats, sheep, cats and live an animal family life.

I have written these two books, Nabadwip Dham Mahatmya-mukta-mala and Upadesh 4, in plain, simple language. You should buy these books when you are leaving and keep in touch with the Math from time to time.

You must think which you will do: will you live following your own desires or will you live following Gurudev's desire? The Lord has sent to this world His own associate in the form of a Guru. I have got some responsibility, that is why I feel obliged to say this. I can tell you that I have come to call you all. The Lord has told me and Gurudev has told me to call you all, 'Stop this life in the family of Maya! Please come to the family of Krishna! Coming to Krishna's family and to Krishna's lotus feet, get an opportunity to do some service!' I keep calling you, and I am writing books for you and do so many things. If you have any questions, you can read those books and see what is written in Srimad Bhagavatam, Sri Chaitnaya-charitamrita, Sri Chaitanya-bhagavata and many other scriptures. I have written everything in my books. If you read those books, you will not have to suffer in your future lives, even you will not have to suffer in this very birth also.
