Question: What kind of sentiment satisfies Gurudev?

Actually, there are different kinds of guru in this world. Also, there are many servitors—Lalita, Visakha, Champakatlata, and many others—everybody serves in a different way. Everybody's quality is not the same. There is santa-, dasya-, sakhya-, vatsalya-, madhura-rasa—everybody should serve and please their guru according to their right. Do you understand?

If Gurudev gives someone the service of cleaning plates, the disciple should follow that instruction, then he or she can make their guru happy in this way. Suppose Gurudev has given me the service of making garlands—then I must follow his order, "OK, Gurudev has given me this service. I may not know how to make a garland, but I can try to make it." Then I can please my guru through this garland making. So, you must be satisfied with whatever service Gurudev gives you, then Gurudev will be happy.

Lalita, Visakha, other sakhis gives happiness to Krishna in so many ways. Somebody serves Srimati Radharani, and Krishna becomes happy through that. They make Krishna happy in one way, and Nrisinghadev is happy with Prahlad Maharaj, so Prahlad Maharaj makes the Lord happy in another way. Krishna is happy with Dhruva Maharaj, that is also another way. Krishna is happy with Ambharish Maharaj, that is also another way. So, there are different ways to satisfy the Lord or satisfy your guru. There is not only one source. Whatever service Gurudev gives me, I must do it attentively, with faith, and without thinking about other things.

Question: How can I know that my service is going to Sri Guru?

That feeling will come. That feeling that your service is going to your guru will definitely come. That feeling will come.

Question: When we preach, should we preach about Krishna consciousness or about our own realisation?

No! You must preach what you have learned from your guru! Always preach about your guru. You must preach what Gurudev told!
