I am praying to you all that you try to practise properly, that you may always chant the Holy Name of the Lord – you must try, your effort will not be wasted. Try your best and you will be successful. Always live serving the Lord, serving your guru and Vaishnavs. You must not worry about anything.

Forget all external things, such as big buildings, and instead always think about the Math. If Param Guru Maharaj wishes, he will protect all temples. Temples are there only for preaching in this world. Guru Maharaj and Param Guru Maharaj have been supporting this great Sri Chaitanya Saraswat Math, and if they wish to protect this temple, if they wish for this temple to continue following the right path, then they will arrange for that to happen. You must have faith in this. I have 300% faith in this.

Many people tell me the news, 'Oh, they have sold the cows!', 'Oh, they have sold the fish!', 'Oh, they have chopped the trees and sold them.' They can sell the cows, I can let it go with the fish also because it is not a big deal, but those trees were planted in Param Guru Maharaj's time... Those trees were doing service there – they could hear Hari-katha, but now that Hari-katha stopped, they left their bodies... It is necessary to think about this. Those were not ordinary trees. You have heard what Uddhav Maharaj said after he visited Vrindavan. He hankered, 'I want to go back to Vrindavan and hear Hari-katha from the holy mouths of the gopis. I want to hear about Krishna from them. May I become a tree or a shrub in their land so that when they walk around, I could hear their Hari-katha!' So, all the trees, bushes, plants in the holy dham and at the temple are all related to the Lord – they are there listening to Hari-katha, they are speaking Hari-katha. They must never be destroyed. Always remember this.

I am praying to you all with folded palms – please do not forget Nitai! Do not cheat me. You come here and chant Nitai's Name, but when you go back to your homes, you forget everything. Do not do this. Do not forget Nitai. Please do not forget Srila Prabhupad, do not forget me, do not forget Guru Maharaj. Please do not cheat me. You have stayed here for a few days, you did this dham-parikrama together with me, and we have developed a relationship – please do not forget this relationship.

In this external world, you have parents, brothers, sisters, but the relationship you have with them is temporary – you have got parents, children, a wife or a husband, but this is all temporary, all this will be gone in a few days. Everybody will leave, and you will not even know where to find them after that. So many devotees have come here from all over Bengal, India and the world – we all come from different places, but we are all children of the same Father. We are all God's children. So, please do not forget Him. Our goal and intention is the same – we all want to surrender to the Lord all together, we want to serve the Lord all together. We are all passengers of the same train – the train that will take us to Vrindavan, where we can serve Lord Govinda.

You must get on the train that goes to Vrindavan, that will take you to the place where you can serve Radha-Krishna. You can come to the train station and see other beautiful trains – Maya will come to you in the most attractive form to lure you away – but you must not succumb. Do not resort to any duplicity or insincerity in your devotional life. If you can live serving your guru and Vaishnavs, then you will be able to reach your destination. In other words, our bodies are like so many boats, and Sri Guru is the captain of our boats. If we can stay in this boat steered by our gurudev, then we will be able to reach wherever gurudev takes us. Always think about this.

If you live always complaining, 'Oh, I have not got this', 'Oh, I have not got that' then you will not be able to hear Hari-katha – you will spend all your time on idle talks. When I am around, everybody is scared and flees. When I was coming here, I passed the kitchen on the way and saw some devotees eating. They got scared and run inside a room! I do not prohibit anybody to eat – go ahead and eat; but you cannot eat in the kitchen where devotees prepare bhoga for the Deities...
